Join us and Earth Matter for a collaborative cooking workshop. We’ll use bruised and not-so-perfect apples from the market and turn them into holiday treats.
What happens to perfectly good food that looks less than perfect? In this workshop you will design tasty recipes utilizing apples and pumpkins deemed “unsalable” due to visual imperfections. Become a rescue expert and save your vegetable friends from the compost bin! Bring a container to take home your comestible creation.
