Meet chef and community advocate, Evan Hanczor! Evan is the owner of Prospect Heights restaurant, Little Egg, and is a long-time supporter of Greenmarket, where he sources ingredients for his restaurant and special events. Evan is also the founder of Tables of Contents, a space for creating gatherings and conversations at the intersections of food, literature, art, and culture.
